According to Impress AV Watch, TDK plans to release 6 new DVD recordable media.

DVD-R120F
DVD-RW120F
DVD-R47G
DVD-RW47G
DVD+R47G
DVD+RW47G

Why is it that media sold in Asia and Europe always looks so much nicer than that sold in North America?

One of my friends was in Tokyo from Wednesday to Thursday (today's Friday) on business. He could buy five 4x DVD-R only with other 1-2x DVD-R and Pioneer DVR-A05. He told me to give me some of them (hoping they will be either TDK, Verbatim, Maxell, or Taiyo Yuden.) :D
