My computer came with a Pioneer DVR-104 drive with firmware version 1.30 loaded. I've been trying to find some information to determine what is in the firmware upgrades in 1.31 and 1.32 to see if its worth updating, but haven't found much information on this. I know the firmware version I have is the version Pioneer released to prevent the problems with the high speed media.
When I went to Pioneer's website, the DVR-104 updater is shown here as version 1.40. Is this a new firmware upgrade? If so, does anyone know anything about it?
