I don't know if there's a manufacturer inside the US that can meet your requirements but there are many Taiwanese and Japanese manufacturers that have branches and factories in the US.

Here you go, jamal, some wholesalers selling media in quantities of 10,000. I have never used any of these companies, so I can't vouch for how good they are, but I'm sure if you call them you can find out what kind of operation they run right off the bat.

nobody needs that many cdrs for personal use. maybe he is going to sell them to other people at five times the price he purchases them.
