Help with Win 2000 DMA

My Liteon drive or Nero software tells me that I dont have DMA enabled in 2000, how can I enable this feature in Win 2000.

In Device Manager, you have to go to the IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers, and change the options on the Primary and Secondary IDE channels to use DMA if available.

Also make sure that UDMA is enabled in BIOS.
