Whenever I start Word XP and try to open a saved document, Word must be minimized to be able to see the window - the toolbar at the base of the screen flashes showing something new has appeared.
Anyone know how to stop it doing this, so Word stays maximised whilst opening documents. This is on Win98 and Office XP Pro.
