In my previous "test" on Generic 700mb CDRW and Princo 700mb CDRW, they showed that overburning just over 81 minutes caused problems.
Now with this nice blue colored AOpen 80min 700mb CDRW [1-12x] that I found, it's great.
Drive is a LiteON 52/24/52, firmware 6S02.
Listed burn speeds in Nero were 12, 10, 8 and 4x.
No ATIP info.
The source were audio tracks ripped into into .wav's from Feurio!, Nero and Exact Audio Copy. And it was a DAO/96 burn.
Using the same testing methods as with the Princo's, here's the results:
18 songs 81:06.45 min
At 12x overburn Nero CDSpeed showed NO ERRORS.

The only anamoly I encountered through all the testing was that I would start the CDRW's first burn as a 81 min overburn, and in EVERY case, I would get a system freeze. I would have to reboot, erase the CDRW and try again. The second time would be successful.
