Need a good DVDR

I need a good DVD+R/RW drive or DVD-R/RW drive, Which format is better and what is a good drive??

I'm thinking about this one
TDK INDIDVD 4X DVD+R/2X +RW-CDRW 16X10X32X

Is this a good drive and can I copy DVD movies to play on a standard DVD player???
