Hey, CDRlabs doesn't have a review of the drive you mentioned. You may be able to find it on the web. As per its performance, I would guess that in CD-R performance it would be quite similar to the performance of the 48125W which is reviewed at CDRlabs

As per the RW performance, I would guess it would perform similar to the CenDyne 52x24x52x which is reviewed

As the CenDyne is a rebadged LiteOn and also has 24x RW, you can expect similar results.
As per the DVD rom's, I would say LiteOn, Pioneer, LG either one of these would be great and I would guess compatible with all the different formats. I'll let someone else answer that question, I have a Pioneer and it performs OK, i have been having problems with it lately but that's a whole different story (that doesn't mean i am suggesting not to buy a Pioneer, they are one of the best in DVD Roms).
