What software will burn a *.CDR file?

I have an image that is labled a .CDR file?
( I was thinkin what .. Corel draw? )
but Its a cd image.. I dont know what program will allow me to burn it to CD

Can anyone assist me with this?

Try whatever app you have. (Nero?) Just open it as an image and see if it can be read.
