Best Scanning drive ?

which is the best disc quality scanning drive available ? how is the ihas424-08 as i am planning to get one.

The Lite-On drives are very popular due to their ability to scan both PI/PIF and Jitter. Personally, I think the old Plextor and BenQ drives are the best though.

unfortunately, the older drives are not available anywhere :(. So the lite-on is ok right ?
