No, it expired months ago.

Target, Best buy, Fry's, and many others have older titles for 9-10 bucks now so I doubt they will be doing the coupon anymore for a while.
Watch the deal sites and the adds in the paper as there always seems to be some good deals on movies lately.
They must have finally figured out better to make a fast dime then a slow quarter
