SkullCandy Headphones Are Garbage

My third pair of SkullCandy headphones just went on the fritz. I've had them for a little more than a month and one of the ear buds stopped working.

Anyway, think twice about buying SkullCandy stuff. It looks like, but they don't last very long. Customer service is a joke too.

Skullcandy's headphones are not only garbage, their tech support is a joke. I got an email on November 14th stating that they had processed my warranty replacement and that my new headphones would be shipped out soon. Here we are, a month later and still no head phones. I tried contacting their support people twice through their website but I haven't gotten a response. Any suggestions?
