a format encoder

does easy media creator 9 include a format encoder?by that i mean an option that can change a format to another?

I'm guessing you mean to convert say a WAV file to MP3, AAC, FLAC or vice versa. There are other, better options. I have not used a Roxio product since it was still under the Adaptec name so I don't know, but dBpoweramp does a great job and Easy CD-DA Extractor is not bad.
