My Benq 1640 is dying and I need a replacement soon for Disk quality scanning.....I have the following in mind

1)DH-20A4P-04
2)DH-20A4P-08
3)iHAP322-08

Wondering also what's the difference between 04 and 08, oem vs retail? TIA

Thanks, I picked the DH-20A4P to replace my dying Benq 1640 for scanning, save myself a few bucks since it is for scanning only plus I don't really need 22X, I never burn any DVD over 8x anyway and I heard this 22X is worse than their 20X in terms of burning quality.
