a runtime error

hi gang

while using nero 7 i got a runtime error saying that it caused nero to terminate in an unusall way....how do i fix this?there were no numbers when the error messaGE came up
any suggestions?thanks.

all of a suddeen.i think i might have found the problem a bad installation from the nero website.when you down-
load stuff from a website like nero should you stay at the website while the download progresses or go off the web
-site to the desk top?
