5.1 Multi-Channel serial question

I bought Nero 6 Ultimate and then purchased the 5.1 plugin. I just bought Nero 8 which is on its way to me. I wanted to know if my serial for Nero 6 multi-channel plugin will work with Nero 8 or if I have to go and buy the plugin again. I emailed Nero about this but they never replied so I'm asking here to see if anyone has had a similar experience. Thanks in advance.

Not to worry 5.1 is working now just have to get the update working.
