Great price, but I'm holding off for a drive like the LG GGW-H20L to drop to the ~$250 neighborhood.

Best Buy had the GGC-H20L for ~$230 a few weeks ago. If I didn't already have one, I would have been all over that.

That would have been tempting for me. I suppose another option would be the Pioneer @$150 and the XBox 360 add on for $130, getting free HD DVD's in the deal.
