Burning AVI to a normal Music CD !!!

Postby shekinah on Sat Feb 09, 2008 11:35 am

Can somebody gie me a hinch? I ripped a DVD to a AVI File to extract the audio only. Fine. Then I tried to burn a Audio CD with that AVI file with Nero but when he converts it to CDA the file is too long. Somebody help !!! Is there a way of compressing that data to fit in 700 MB CD to use in conventional CD Players?

Thanks a lot guys.

I doubt it... only option is MP3/WMA/AAC... those are the only formats I know that can play on a stand-alone player... that is, a stand alone player that supports those formats.

Is the movie longer than 80 minutes? If so, the audio isn't going to fit onto the CD.
