I have Nero 7 installed on Vista (running as administrator) and cannot uninstalled it, it was uninstalling fine using Nero Clean but the computer crashed half way through and then when I rebooted the trouble started.
I can't delete the "Nero" or "Common Files/Ahead" directories because I get "access denied please remove protection" on all the dll's. I have tried in safe mode and with a minipe disc from boot with the same errors. I tried reinstalling Nero back over itself but once again the same errors.
I would really appreciate the help as this is really frustrating and I use Nero alot
