Like the subject says.. Sears will have the Toshiba HD-A3 HD DVD Player for $169.99 on Black Friday from 5am until noon. From the AVS Forum:

You missed $10 coupon for any $50 purchase between 5AM and noon which means you get HD-A3 for $159.99. Two movies bundled with this player have retail value of $70 which means you pay just $90. Blu-ray RIP!

The $10 coupon is a nice find, thanks for mentioning that.

The 2 included movies, however, I would not consider as a "cash discount" since you are forced to go with 2 specific movies, that not everyone might want. Plus, I never pay $35 for HD DVD's. I scoop em up when they are $19.99 or less during sales...
