Video TS file and jpg file

Hi,

I have created photo albuma video with window movie maker .
Problem is,

Now the file type 'Video TS' but I want to change this photos in jpg format.
And I want to take prits of some photos but I have fotos deleted from my original source.But these photos are so important,I should not lose it.
Now the file format of some folders are as follows,

\VIDEO_TS

some folders as ,

Type of file:MPEG File

Now I can not open the file with windows movie maker also.

Can any one help me?

Hmm.. covert the video frames to jpg? Maybe take snapshots of the video?

Hi,

To take snapshots this should be open in

Windows movie maker or Nero.

But could not open it in the above programmes.

Only in VLC media player and other windows media player but these programmes has no option to take snap shot.

Please give me any other solution!!!!!!!!!!!

How about a simple solution then... ALT+PRINT SCREEN in VLC... then paste into a photo editor and trim to your liking and save the file as jpg.
