Burn Dvd With Subtitles Using Nero Vision

Hi,

How do I burn a DVD with subtitles using Nero Vision (Nero 7.0)?
I know how to burn a DVD using it, but I don't know when and how can specify a subtitle file.

Permanent subtitles or do you want to be able to turn them on and off?
