Did yours come with Nero 7? The drive I bought a few weeks ago came with Nero 6. The suite is pretty barebones too. It doesn't come with any software to edit or burn videos.

I finally got around to installing the drive. Here's a quick screenshot of it writing to DVD-RAM at 14x.

Mine came with Nero 6 also. The retail Liteon 20A1S came with Nero 7 though, haven't installed either yet, I'm not a big Nero user.

Yeah, its in the works. I have a review of the DRW-1612BL ready too. I'm waiting to hear back from ASUS on a few issues.
