So far only Panasonic has made slim BD burners so it's nice to see some new drives :)

The PC watch link also shows Samsung's 4x BD half height drives. Hopefully Samsung will actually release these drives unlike the 2x vaporware drives...

I'm surprised Optiarc didn't unveil a half height Blu-ray drive as well. I guess that is an indicator of how well they're selling. #-o

Well they showed a half height drive, BD-M100A, at Cebit but it looks like a rebadged Panasonic :roll:
