What is difference between pioneer 11 and 111d, which one is better.

The drives are almost the same. The only difference is that the 111 can write to DVD-RAM media.

It's also worth noting that the 111D can be crossflashed to a 111.
Although the crossflash does void your warranty and has a very small chance of damaging your drive.
