I am using Nero Vision 4 and have a problem with the picture quality of my projects at chapter marks. Whether I manually create the chapters, or let Nero automatically detect them....At most chapter marks in the video, the picture becomes jittery for several seconds. I have tried a variety of media: TDK, Verbatim, Maxell and Sony with pretty much the same results. The video files were originally recorded on DVD-Ram discs in a Panasonic Stand alone, changed to MPEG files and cleaned up with PVAstrumento (Nero Support's suggestion). I am using a Sony DRX-830U burner. I have update the firmware. Does anyone have a solution? Here is my latest log file:
