I can't read Korean worth a damn, but the pictures are pretty self explanatory.

I don't see any links where to download the H12N firmware.

LG GSA-H12N UJ12 firmware (the Hitachi firmware version), patched by TDB:

just download and double-click the flasher program.

too bad i don't read Korean, the last page supposedly has a comparison between a H10N @ H12N and a 'true' H12N.

also that thing is out of date:
the dscription in page 2 of H12N -> N10N using the 'Crash&Flash' method is unnecessary, TDB released new versions of the H10N firmwares that let you crossflash H12N to H10N simply using their patched firmwares.
