CDMate - improving all the time

When this first came out, I was annoyed by its propensity for coasters. So I dropped it and have not touched the regular upgrades. But I tried out the latest, .38 version, and was stunned by how much it had improved. Not only no more coasters but no more fiddling around with settings, and its faster than both Clone and Nero. Need I say more ? (impressed person !)

What copy protected games have you tested it with?

As for CloneCD settings, I know what you mean. I never know which settings to use either, but there's software you can use--such as Clony--to test CDs for copy protection and pass along recommend settings to CloneCD.

Coaster rama
I used it last month to burn to 2 recorders. The first two copies were good but the rest were coasters. I trashed many cd's because of this.
Has anyone tried multiple recorders with the new version ?

Well, its speak as yer find isnt it ? I am delighted with it (the new version that is. You must have used one of the older versions, as the new one is barely a week old.
as for protected, the only one so far was FIFA 2002 and it was done quickly and correctly.

I installed a 3rd burner and my version of Nero will only let me burn to no more than 2 burners. I reinstalled CD Mate and I tested it and asked for 2 copies (which is 6 cd's) and they are all good

It works nice for me as well.
I'm running version 2.2.4.26 righ now (beta)
