digital voice recorder and nero 6

i just bought a new digital voice recorder and id like to hook it up to my
computer to use with nero 6.who do i get these voice messages into my computer which format would work 4 this??thanks

Does it have an SD/Flash card or USB port?
If so you can transfer that way.
