hi gang

when i first come on the computer i get this pop up reguarding trayapp
and windows trying to install it.i have to keep canceling it so itll stop.the
error is error 1706.it says in whole the feature your trying to use is on
a cd rom or another disk thats is not avaible.how do i disable this whole
trayapp process?thanks
