The Palm Treo 700p is just around the corner. Get your phone and really good PDA all in the same device.
I own (well, I'm provided with by work

) a Treo 650 and am fairly happy with it. It has a few minor issues, but I'd never think of going back to a separate PDA and cell phone again.

I wouldn't get the Treo 700w (Windows version); lower screen resolution, poorer battery life, but the biggest sucks is that the interface is insanely confusing. My boss got one to test, and after trying it, I think it's a mess.
