Last Dec ('05) I tried to buy the dvd plug-in so I could burn my slideshows to dvd. Well I paid the thirty bucks or so with a credit card and I got nothing for it. My e-mails go unanswered except for acknowledgements trying to sell me more software. I really like the software I have (it came with the Mad Dog CD DVD drive I recently installed). My "geek" buddy Carl says Nero is among the best. I might agree if weren't for the nonexistant tech support/customer service. Any suggestions? And thanks for getting back to me Ian, the personal touch is always cool.
