XP SP2 Crash on Eject Nerovision 4 Edited

I've been getting a major crash after successful completion of creating a DVD-RAM burn.

It completes the encoding etc., I finalize it, and Nerovison closes, but the disk is not ejected.

With manual ejection the System ejects the DVD-RAM, and Re-boots.

The DVD-RAM is ok, and works in my Panasonic Desktop unit fine.

Windows XP SP2, all updates in place, P4, 1Gig RAM, Sony DRU-820A Drive.

A Bug maybe?

Follow Up...

Downloaded last update installed, and same problem.

Tried buning using ULEAD Disc Creater MF 4, and had no problems.

A Bug... Major Crashes, as mentioned before..
