Foreign characters (Rus/Jpn/Chn) all messed up in Nero?

Foreign characters (Rus/Jpn/Chn) all messed up in Nero?

I can see all the foreign characters with my XP SP2, however after burning with Nero all the foreign characters Russian/Japanese/Chinese are all messed up? how do I correct this?
