Well, any 4x is always going to be Value Line. There also Exist Value Line CD-Rs from Taiyo Yuden... but unlike with the DVDRs, getting access to these is rather difficult, and places like Newegg can't get them and mess up the Taiyo Yuden market. They are only for use in duplication facilities and OEM products (only has been available since Fuji stopped using Taiyo Yuden.... interesting eh?). So I wouldn't worry about the CD-Rs showing up in the open market at this time. But don't expect that all TY brands are of equal quality either!
