I have two large mp4 files I created with Nero Recode 2.2.6.16, Cinema AVC profile. When I try to merge them into one file with NVE, NVE says it will take about 12 hours to transcode.
My problem with this is I don't see why NVE needs to transcode the files again since the two files were already "transcoded" with Recode 2. I simply want to join/merge them together into one seemless mp4 video.
What, if anything, am I missing or doing wrong? If this can be done quickly and simply in Nero 6.6 I would appreciate someone explaining it. Thanks.
