I've noticed I get this every so often from this forum. Is this just a glitch in the system or can it be fixed?

It's doing it again tonight. Is it because I have Zone Alarm running. Is it because I have a pop-up blocker running? It eventually let's me through, but I have to go back a forth a few times. Surely someone else has run into this problem.

I have never seen this once on any other forum. :-?
