This particular number has further connotations, though, like the famous Timken Four Aces, the steam locomotive (an Alco built Northern) that drove home the advantages of roller bearings.
Personally, I also remember 4 Aces as "Indian Wine"- it was the cheapest available some 40 years ago in Saskatchewan, $1.50 per bottle. Other "quality" brands (some from the wine factory in Moose Jaw) were "Slinger's Grape Wine" and Beausejour (which was drinkable at the time
