Technical Difficulties

If you had problems connecting to the website earlier today, its because we were targeted by some sort of denial of service attack. Unfortunately, The Planet's Guard flood protection was unable to stop it. After a few changes to the Apache config, the server seems to be holding up fairly well. However, page loads might be a little slow until things die down.

At first I thought it was some sort of web worm, but the attack seems to be specifically against the host name www.cdrlabs.com.
I wonder who I pissed off now??...

Wasn't there a bunch who broke in some months ago and mailed all the users about an "uncertain forum"? They were trying to sell you "security" at the time...
