Update failure for INCD4

I puchased my first copy of nero 6 ultra on January 1st. Since then, there have been two major updates. I downloaded the udpates and did so without failure on the first update. (think it was jan. 10th or so) then I tried the next update and can't get the INCD update to work correctly.
It says that I don't have INCD installed or that I don't have the previous update. I have the one mentioned in the update and am trying to update to the newer release. I was able to download all the previous updates for all programs in the suite. I have XP Home, with SP2
Any ideas?

Had the same problem. Strange, isn´t it?
You could try this: first remove the old version and then install only the update. Worked for me!

I had to uninstall both incd4 and the incd reader/ writer before I could install the new update. thanks for the help!
