How do I get the program to recognize Avery 8931 CD Label Paper Stock? I tried selecting it in the preferences and in paper stock. But Print Preview always shows "normal paper" in the title bar and never shows the stock correctly?

Hello,

Thought I would jump in here. It is really quite simple,

1. Below the design window, there are 4 tabs... (booklet Front, Booklet Rear, Inlay, CD Label) choose one you want.

2. On the toolbar above, In the Paper selector choose the appropriate stock. (Hint. You can choose different stock for each tab, A very cool feature. ) :D

3. Choose Print and you will see the different choices.

thats' all there is too it. :D

Ok, that's better. I can now print on the first label on the form. But...

The Avery 8931 has 2 labels on it. How can I print on the 2nd label. The Paper Sock menu shows 2 labels that I can select but it won't stick. The paper selector dropdown only shows the Avery 8931 and defaults to the 1st label.

First of all, it will depend on which template you use.

If you select a template that only uses a single CD/DVD and use a stock designed for two, then thats all you will get is a single cd label.

However If all you are printing is CD/DVD disk label then choose the template designed for two CD/DVD's.

Make sure that you select tabs (disk1 and Disk2) and adjust the paper stock for each.

After that then click on printer icon, on the toolbar and in the printer dialogbox choose the tab ( Elements) and take the checks out of all except for disk1 and disk2. (if you are only printing the CD/DVD label).:D

Well I figured it out. When you go to print, select Elements. Whichever label is green will print. Click on label 1 until the label you want turns green.
