Upgrading DVD Shrink

Hi guys

Stupid newbie question, sorry.
I have dvd shrink 3.1, and want to upgrade to 3.2. Do I have to unistall the earlier version first, or install on top?
Sorry, I know, but I've tried all the usual routes and can't find any info.

Install on top.Works for me.
