USB 2.0 Drive detected, but not showing up in W2K or XP?

Has anyone had experience with this problem? They are detected fine, but do not show up properly in my computer.

drivers

On xp go to control panel, add hardware then update drivers on device manager, use cd that came with MB and update there. I had similar problem, updated thru MB disk and it still didn't work. So I tried it this way and it finally took! good luck!
