Very nice update to Nero CD/DVD Speed. The bittsetting/disk quality test/erase function are properties any one of use can use often.

I had a peculiar problem with the earlier version of CDSpeed.I think it was 3.42.When I tried to execute the program on my Win XP SP2 box,the computer would always hang.I had to reset the computer many times.But the earlier versions always worked fine for me.

I will download this and check it on the other computer.


Also Nero Infotool detects my 52X Samsung CD-ROM drive as only able to read at 1X.It detects the writer capabilities correctly though.
