Here's something *NOT* mentioned in the Plextor changlog...
They've changed how Jitter/Beta are tested. Now the setting for -0.5 - +0.5 yields the same results as the setting for -0.05 - +0.05 did in earlier versions.
This means that if you were scanning with -0.05 - +0.05 on Plextools 2.16 (or earlier) you now want to switch to -0.5 - +0.5 to get comparable results.
From what I've learned from one of my sources, this brings Plextor's Beta testing very close to a CATS Analyser's Assymetery testing scores, since before you had to multiply the results by 10 to get around the same value.
So I'm considering this a good change... but a bit annoying that they didn't mention it!! Also annoying is that Plextools is now a little unstable, as it's now crashing on me every once and a while
