Annoying Cell Phone Guy ad must go!

Ok, I have to complain, that ad on the front page is HORRIBLE. Plus, really bad for work.

I hate blocking ads on sites I like visiting but I'm really close to it for CDRLabs, since it seems like this site gets the worst of the worst (in terms of annoyances)
