InCD 4291 Problem

Postby jimb11 on Mon Jul 12, 2004 8:46 pm

I just updated to InCD 4291 from InCD 4054 and now I can't eject my
cd-rw disk when I press the eject button on the burner. I used to be
able to eject my disk using the burner button when I was using InCD
4054 but it doesn't work with InCD 4291. Anyone else having this problem?

Thank you,
Jim

Btw, I am currently collecting information from Jim's case. If other people have same problem, please report device model, fw revision, operating system and InCD revision. Thanks!

Jim,does the disc come out when you right click the drive and select Eject in My Computer or Windows Explorer?

Pranav81:

Yes it does. The thing is when I had InCD v4054 I could eject the disc by pressing the eject button on the burner but I can't do that with InCD v4291.

Did you try removing and reinstalling InCD?Also while installing new InCD,did you remove the older one or simply upgarded it?
