All we have is gas stations and liquor stores.
Seriously though.. I can get a CPU online for half what CrapUSA or one of the smaller computer stores want. Not like CrapUSA's return policy is any better than the online places.
I called Intel back after work and talked to another tech. I dragged home a brand new 3.2GHz Dell from work, popped in the 2.8GHz CPU and whaddayaknow.. blue screen. Same error I was seeing on my other computer.
The Intel guy tried to blame the memory (I think this is their default answer for everything) but I reminded him that this was a Dell and that it had been running at the same speed bus for more than month with no problems. He finally caved and agreed to send me a new CPU. I'm sure it will probably take a few weeks to get here. I'm tempted to buy another until then... yeah right.
