3mega camera phone

Casio A5406CA is one of the first 3 mega pixel camera phones. Samsung and LG in South Korea are also developing 3 mega phones but they are only now releasing 2 mega pixel phones, quite behind Japanese competitors as they cannot yet have their own key components for camera phones.

I have LG's LP-2100, a 300K camera phone. LG has just released SD-330, 2 mega pixel phone in South Korea but it will be available to consumers from late May.

Anybody beside me wants multi-mega pixel camera phones or PDA phones or has anyone tried such devices?

I also need audio play, video camera, and external memory features.

I have a Panasonic SV-AV20 Multi-AV device. It has a 640*480 camera resolution, MP3 player, voice recorder and takes MPEG4 videos. It is good, but Panasonic have launched the SV-AV200, with a 2MP sensor for 1600*1200 pics.
