what is a good processor / mb combination for video capture at dvd quality? keep in mind that money is an object.
i current system is athlon 1.33 (oc to 1.5) with a km266 motherbd. ram 512mb ddr 266. this captures svideo quality but i need dvd quality.
captuer card is leadtek winfast 2000 deluxe. video card gigabyte radeon 9200 with 128mb.
